Rory is the daughter of Paul Fisher, a hall-of-fame baseball player and current field manager for the New York Stars. Through her time around the team, she’s surrounded herself with incredible friends, but only she knows about the feelings she harbors for her best friend’s brother, Cole Pierce… who also happens to be the Stars’ shortstop.

Cole has been entranced by Rory Fisher since their first meeting more than three years ago. All he wants is her, but thanks to his field manager’s rules, he’s had to keep those feelings to himself.
